The Nature of the Criminal Mind 06 06 2010

The Criminal Mind

The nature of the criminal mind. It doesn’t have the skills to earn an honest living. Because it doesn’t have the skills to make an honest living nobody else could have those skills either because that would make them better than the criminal himself. So therefore the criminal mind thinks that in order to make it in life you have to do something criminal. Because the criminal thinks everyone successful is a criminal that justifies his criminal behavior to himself.

When caught in a crime they often say, “I wasn’t doing anything worse than anyone else does.”

They also believe there is no way you could ever catch them and find they were guilty. They believe this because they do not think that anyone is smarter than they are. So they are wrong of both accounts of their self assessment.

What is the cause for this behavior? It is either learned from their parents or they are deeply distrusting of authority. When wronged by authority is it irrational to distrust authority? No it is not. Who are the authorities for people in their formative years? Their parents and adults who are responsible for them in their parent’s absence.

God Bless Those Who Think
